These are working great now. The initial pairing with several different devices was very glitched-filled at first but has since smoothed out with no issues. I love the sound quality and have had no issues.

Unfortunately it took three tries to get this right. I have now received my third consecutive set of earbuds as the first two that were delivered were defective and inoperable. The support team was responsive in replacing them each time a defective unit was sent out. I have now been using the third replacement set for about a week and they are working properly in every respect and live up to the high rating of sound quality and general performance. I am very pleased with the units and hopeful that they will continue to perform for the long haul. I hope that quality control will research the cause of poor inspection and shipment of units that were completely inoperable upon arrival, as if this were to continue, it would definitely taint the reputation of high quality that is promoted in most of the public reviews.

My first pair didn't work so I requested a replacement. That was easy and appreciated. I had a tricky time getting the earbuds to pair with my Android Samsung Galaxy 22s, but once I did, they have been working just fine. They stay in my ear just fine while walking and doing things.

I was excited to get my 1MORE ComfoBuds Pro, and from charging to pairing to Bluetooth, the set-up was smooth, only to be exceeded by the experience of listening. Unfortunately my left earbud did not work right out of the box. On the other hand, customer support gave me detailed instructions and proactively asked for video to better understand the problem. And they were also good about confirming that I should get a refund and that 1MORE USA would contact me to refund me. Still waiting to hear from 1MORE USA about the refund on my Order #52109...
