What is 1MORE's Return Policy?

1MORE offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all orders placed on our website. If you're not satisfied with your headphones for any reason, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email and you can return them for a full refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded.

If the product has been opened but not used, 1MORE may apply a 10 % deduction from the refund to reflect inspection and repackaging costs.
For products purchased through third‑party retailers, refunds and returns must be handled directly with those sellers. 1MORE does not refund purchases from other retailers.

How do I ship back the items?

How long does the return process take?

Once your product has been received and inspected, we will issue the refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow within 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing times.

What is the return policy for products purchased at other retailers?

We apologize, but 1MORE does not process refunds for purchases made through other retailers. If you wish to return products bought from our authorized retailers, please contact the retailers directly for assistance.
