Mostly OK. Sometimes getting them to pair and turn on/off isn't as smooth as it should be. Use mostly on airplanes, the noise cancellation really helps. Was very disappointed that the ambient sounds don't work without an internet connection. I was looking forward to those on long haul flights.

I bought them for my husband for his birthday since he likes to watch You Tube in the evening to relax. He loves them...they are obviously far more comfortable than his iPhone ear buds and the fact that they are wireless is a big plus. The noise cancelling is almost comforting in a weird way...it's like he is totally immersed in what he's watching when he's wearing these headphones.

Great sound quality and noise cancelling at this price! The build feels sturdy, I wouldn't feel nervous to throw this in my bag without the case (although it does come with a nice carrying case.) The battery lasts for a pleasantly long amount of time. I like that you can use it wired as needed. Only complaint is that it takes a longer button press than I expect to turn it on or off which has lead to accidentally leaving it on or thinking that the battery was dead, and when you start it with a certain percentage of charge it gives a slightly jarring "battery high" alert- without that I would give it five stars. Would recommend to others looking for solid quality at this price point.

Overall, excellent. The instructions are a bit lacking, so you have to be able to figure some things out for yourself. Even after some use, there are a few questions that I still have.

The use of the headphones is not explain sufficiently in the so called owner's manual. For someone who is not computer literate like me, it is a waste of time to even try to understand the extremely short instructions. Furthermore, I think the control buttons on the headphones are hard to find and operate when one is wearing the headphones. Overall, I am not satisfied with this purchase.

Very good. They work very well but when I wrote to the company with a couple of questions I never got a response. Sometimes I have trouble disconnecting when using the button on the right ****. Also wish they would allow an alarm to ring through instead they just shut off but I can’t hear the alarm due to the ANC

For the price, the noise cancelling, comfort and quality seem really good. But I am constantly frustrated by the buttons and the bluetooth connection. First, I find myself constantly having to try the off/on button multiple times. I try to turn them on, hold the button down for a couple seconds (plenty long) and nothing. I press harder, try again, then maybe they work. Same thing for turning them off, and for using the two button combo that's supposed to put them in pairing mode. It seems to me like the buttons work about 60% of the time, which is just annoying. Please just put a pairing mode button on there, that I can press once to put in pairing mode. I switch between phone and computer often and I don't want to have to hold two buttons at the same time for however many seconds. Pairing is a critical function, just give me a button for it. Also, on and off is unnecessarily annoying. Should be one second to turn on, one off. Even better would be a little sliding switch. No holding required. Would make a huge difference in my enjoyment of the product if some time was given to optimizing the buttons and core functions. Like why do I have a noise cancelling on/off button but no pairing button? I'm pairing the headphones constantly but VERY rarely turn off the noise cancelling. Also, last thought - can we make the buttons different shapes or feel different, or something to differentiate them? I have to slide my thumb over the two volume and noise cancelling button all the time, feeling where each is, to make sure I'm about to push the right one.

I LOVE THESE HEADPHONES!!!!! They look super cute and they're super comfy! I can wear them for hours and I almost forget they're there. Nice and adjustable. I often wear them around my neck when I'm not using them, but I often adjust them to the widest setting to fit around my neck comfortably. They look very sleek and they WILL NOT mess up your outfit!!!! Also the noise cancellation feature is super nice, especially when I'm studying or doing work around loud noises. I also really enjoy the "transparent" feature so you can listen to things AND hear your surroundings quite clearly. I am a busy student and they're great for student life. These headphones also have an insane battery life! The battery lasts at least 2 days without charging (although I do not use them 24 hours of the day). If you want custom audio settings (ie. louder bass or louder vocal) download the "1 MORE App" on your phone. If you're looking for some nice headphones that aren't as expensive as SONY's, these might be the ones. Hope you enjoy these if you buy them :)I have attached some photos of me wearing the headphones on my head and around my neck <3 I used a full outfit photos so you can see how good they look with outfits!! They're super versatile :)
