I am overall very happy with the experience for the price. The fit and sound quality are pretty good. I haven't really used the ANC function so I cannot comment on how well that works. My main complaint is that get occasional static and audio dropout when using both earbuds and moving around (even with my phone nearby or in my pocket). I would appreciate the ability to customize the tap functionality per-earbud, but this is a relatively small complaint. I like that single-taps are not a valid command. Which helps from accidentally pausing/playing.

Just got them and wore them for a run. I was very impressed by the battery life; I wore them for an hour and only used 10% of the battery life in both ears. They're as loud as you would want, they provide adequate bass in the hip hop pre-set, and excess bass in the base booster pre-set. They never came loose while running and never lost connection to my device. Granted I have only used them once, but I'm still impressed.
United StatesIt's great. ANC and pass through listening modes are so cool and work AMAZING!!! The sound and quality(especially with the smart "burn-in" feature) are just wow. These set of true wireless earbuds are really a bang for buck and are up there with what people consider to be well know companies like apple and etc....

I like the earbuds. The documentation is pretty weak, mostly the international pictures type. I am probably missing out on a few feaures, but I have it figured out to an adequate level, and overall pretty darn good. A couple times I called for help, but didn't get through. Before the purchase, I tried the "sales" phone. I got a recording but never a call back. The greeting was "Due to covid, wait times are long". Come On, we're all done with that tired old excuse! After the sale, the VRU says to speak to a rep, press zero. When you do, it says "invalid option"

Good ear buds - nice sound and well designed
Summary A very clever design of earbud that sit perfectly in my ears. Great app and sound good too. Out of the box Charged for several hours and then installed the app on my iPhone. The app is well designed with clear instructions for 'burning-in' the buds designed to ensure best performance from day one. I particularly like the battery levels for both buds but also battery level for the case too - I have seen higher priced buds without this. Sound quality The clarity of sound is very good. However, I thought that the max volume level could be raised a little and although this is to the detriment of the battery life, I think it would be worth it - as long as there was no increase in distortion. Case Well designed and buds are easy to locate for charging / storage. Pairing Opened the case and found the buds on my Bluetooth settings. Active Noise Cancellation, ANC This feature works, although not the best suppression that I have heard. There are three settings: 1) ANC - minimises background noise by cancelling out what is picked up via mics on the buds 2) Transparent - allows some sound through the device to enable the wearer to monitor external sound 3) Off - no active control of sound (lies somewhere between AND and Transparent and relies on noise isolation. Value for Money Very good value for me. For the price point, they are good at what they do and better than many.
