The purchasing process is confusing, I selected Blue color but changed on the final order bill as a Black after payment. It was very hard to change the color instantly even though I mailed this issue instantly.

I was impressed with the overall sound and quality of the headphone but completely dissapointed with the bass output. I expected more thump and clarity with the bass but that did not occur so of course I kept the headphones because of the quality and gave them to my teen daughter who likes them.

I ordered my headphones on December 6 and got a notification saying they should be expected by December 17. So I’m thinking okay great. A week later, I was notified they actually shipped on December 13, but now won’t arrive until December 30-31! I ordered directly from the website for faster delivery, as I need them before I move on December 26. I wanted noise canceling headphones to help with anxiety while flying, and now I feel I've wasted my money since they won't arrive in time, and someone else may take them after I move.

Great sound for the price
Got these to try something new and I really like them. They're comfortable to wear for long periods of time, as well with glasses. The noise canceling is really nice, i walk by busy streets and it does really well. Studying at cafes is also possible again with the help with the noise canceling. I wish they allowed me to manually change device input over Bluetooth from the headphones rather than having to disconnect the previous device then connect the desired device. Anither helpful thing would be for the voice prompt to tell you the battery percentage of the headphones during startup rather than "low, medium,high" Great head phones tho, ill probably get some earphones from here if they fix these things and once my current earphones die on me.
